As a Usui Reiki Master, I’ve designed these courses to guide you through the beautiful and transformative journey of Reiki healing. Whether you’re new to Reiki or looking to advance your practice, this is the place to start. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about the upcoming classes. Level 1: Saturday | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | February 1

Reiki is a Japanese healing art that uses Universal Life Force energy (chi, ki, shakti, mana) to facilitate well-being on all levels of the Self: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki reduces stress, promotes healing, and is natural and safe. It also helps heal the emotional and psychological components of disease and creates peace of mind. In your Usui Reiki Level 1 training, you will be introduced to the history and main principles of Reiki. You will learn the basic hand positions for treatment and have the opportunity to practice using Reiki on yourself and others during the training.

Level 2: Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | March 1 & 2

If you have been attuned and certified in Usui Reiki Level 1, you are invited to continue the journey onto Level 2. The Usui system of Reiki is the most effective way to transfer Universal Life Energy. Having been "attuned" to Reiki (in Level 1), this course is for those ready to deepen their healing abilities for the Self and others.

In this course, you will receive three healing symbols that will do the following: strengthen the effects of Reiki for you and bring protection to others; bring your mental and emotional healing to a deeper level; allow Reiki to travel over time and space so you can send Reiki to people, places, and situations from a distance.

In Level 2, you also learn how to create sacred Reiki space, so that wherever you go, you and your partners are protected. Students will learn Healing chair sessions and practice giving them to each other. Finally, you will receive your Level 2 Reiki attunement. Upon your successful completion of Level 2, you will be certified as Usui Reiki Practitioner.

Prerequisite: Students who have successfully completed Usui Reiki Level 1

Level 3: Saturday | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | March 29

If you have been attuned and certified in Usui Reiki Level 1 & Level 2, you are invited to continue the journey onto Advanced \ Reiki Training (Level 3). The Usui system of Reiki is one of the easiest natural healing systems known today. It is also the most effective way to transfer Universal Life Energy. Having been "attuned" to Reiki (in Level 1 and 2), this course is for those ready to deepen their healing abilities -- for the self and others.

What Level 3 Reiki entails:

Charging crystals and stones using the Reiki symbols
Using the Reiki Grid
Using distance healing (future or physical distance)
Using, "reiki claws," "reiki psychic surgery," and removing hooks
Previewing the 3 Reiki Master Symbols
ART Attunement

Prerequisite: Students who have successfully completed Usui Reiki Level 2
After a successful completion of Level 3, you will then have the opportunity to pursue your Reiki Master (Level 4).

Level 4: Saturdays | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (all classes fall on the same day of the week & hours)

Final Reiki Master Attunement

Prerequisite: a completion of Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3 are required for this class. If you have questions about your previous Reiki Levels, please do not hesitate to email Regina with those questions.

Reiki Master certification allows students to do table work with clients, which is a deeper and resonant healing process. Students who pursue their Reiki Master certification do so to experience the profound healing energies, symbols, techniques, and knowledge of Reiki...and to share greater healing with their clients. Finally, achieving your Reiki Master certification will not only raise your overall vibration – which adds to the highest and greatest good of all that is around us – but will also be a tool that you can carry with you always.
